All proceeds go to Peace One Day. Your support enables us to continue our work.
Please find below the terms and conditions relating to the Peace One Day Shop. If you have any enquiries that are not answered below, please contact us at info@peaceoneday.org, or call on 0208 334 9900.
Data Protection
We will not pass on your details to any other organisation. Peace One Day will use your details to keep you informed of our work. If you would rather not receive information you may tick the relevant box. We do not keep any bank card details.
Exchanges & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, Peace One Day is happy to exchange any items. Refunds will only be made if advertised stock is not available or if goods are damaged in transit. However, we are unable to refund the initial cost of posting the item to you, or the costs incurred by you in returning the item to us. If you wish to exchange or return goods, please contact us prior to returning the goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days of initial receipt. Payment Options
We can accept payment by PayPal, Visa/Delta/Electron, MasterCard/Euro Card, American Express, Switch/Maestro and Solo.
You can also call us and place an order and pay by cheque.

Delivery & Postage
We use Royal Mail as our delivery service.
We will always try to deliver as soon as possible, please allow up to 5 working days for UK customers. Over-seas customers please allow up to 14 days.
Prices are calculated by the website according to weight of items and destination.
We offer the following delivery options: Standard - UK, Standard - Europe and Standard - Rest of World, you will have to state which option you require before proceeding to pay.
How to Use
The shop shows the list of products available. Click on an image to see more information on a particular product. When you decide on a product you would like to buy simply click the BUY button and the product will be added to your virtual shopping basket. You can see your basket at any time by clicking "View Basket" on the left. When you have finished - PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. Once you proceed to checkout, you will be taken to a PayPal screen, if you do not have a PayPal account, you can click continue on the left hand side of the log in box and use your credit card or bank account. We do not store any details other than contact information.
Please note that, if prices are given in currencies other than pounds sterling, these are for guidance only. Exchange rates are subject to daily changes and prices in non-sterling currencies will be calculated at the time of purchase.
